Cafes, parks, beaches and the famous South Melb market are within 1km. Public transport is only 150m from the door and there is ample on street parking. Public transport provides direct access to St Kilda (10 min), the Arts Centre precinct (8 min), the CBD (12 min), Carlton (20 min) and Fitzroy (25 min).
