Crab Cakes and Football Historic District

Soak up the vintage charm of this restored property. The house features a private master suite balcony, an open-plan living space, chic eclectic furnishings, exposed brick, a wood burning fireplace, a front garden, and an outdoor back BBQ area. STR# 143754 When we decided to convert to a short term rental I looked at other properties in the area and how they described them. I could tell you the house was built in 1901 and is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in historic Annapolis. That's all well and good but to be honest there's a book on the coffee table that will tell you all the history (if you really want to know). I might not know a lot about writing a great summary but after almost 3 decades of living in Annapolis I think I know what people want: 1) Great food and drink! 2) Great location for walking to everything and.. 3) An outdoor area to enjoy the mornings and evenings during any down time. Unfortunately the one thing that can really ruin the fun is PARKING! Well guess what, we've got all the things I listed above and not one parking spot, but TWO (right at your back door!). Don't be fooled when other properties offer you a parking pass. That does not mean you'll be parking near your rental! Enjoy full access to our home. We do not live there so it is not cluttered with "stuff". Consider it a hotel with all the amenities of home! We live 5-10 minutes from the property so you'll have your privacy but we are nearby if you need assistance. We are available by text or calling for any questions or help you may need. The home is in the Art District of Annapolis right in the middle of all the fun. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city center during the day and evening, but return to a quiet neighborhood to recharge. Free designated parking for 2 cars. Park upon arrival and you my never need your car again until your departure! No parties. Dogs welcome on a case by case basis.

Well Appointed 2br/2.5 Ba Mt. Pleasant Home With Parking!

Wake up after a night between all-cotton high-thread-count sheets to a cherry-tree view. Cook in a gourmet kitchen with dark-marble countertops. Come evening, stoke up the wood-burning fireplace and curl up with a cup of Keurig by the Smart TV. Warm, relaxed home great for hanging out, cooking, spending time in front of the fireplace, or doing a bit of work. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with tubs, good lighting (one has a skylight) and spa towels and bath products. Coffee and tea included - brand new Keurig coffee maker with all you'll need for a great cup. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Guests will have access to the entire unit along with the convenient reserved off-street pull-in parking spot. I am available to help with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and to take care of anything that might go wrong. Quick response via text and phone and additional co-hosts are ready to help when I'm not available. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and close to The White House, along with the metro, restaurants, and shops. Its location bordering the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park makes it attractive to both families and outdoor enthusiasts. The house is two blocks from the Metro, one block from 16th Street and it’s buses and Uber and Lyft have very fast pick-up response and inexpensive fares. One can also walk to the Zoo, park, restaurants and shopping. Driving is also made easy with a reserved off-street parking spot.

Contemporary Living in the Historic Fan District

Built in 1911, this spacious home has been renovated to blend contemporary design and traditional architecture. Notice the bold feature walls and expressive artwork and head to the patio to enjoy a drink while cooking with the BBQ. The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, updated kitchen and basement with a washer / dryer, as well as a large front porch and backyard that features a outdoor TV, grill and table and chairs for six. Fully stocked kitchen features everything you'd need to cook. Super fast fios internet, Sonos sound system througout the house, 60 inch TV with AppleTV in family room, 60 inch TV w/AppleTV outside. The house is mere blocks from great restaurants like Kuba Kuba, Joe's Inn (my favorite) and Flora - just to name a few. Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. Guests have full access to the house. I'm happy to assist you throughout your stay if you have any questions. Call or text. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.

Bright, Luxurious, Apartment in the Heart of DC

Recline with a book on a rock-gray sofa steeped in the soothing tenor of this bright apartment featuring colorful artworks, classic furnishings, and rich hardwood floors. Enjoy watching the world go by from the spacious balcony. *This property has contactless check-in, strict cleaning, and sanitation measures designed for COVID-19 prevention* This is a large, 850 sqft, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms apartment, bright, with lots of windows, and modern furniture. It comes with parking space for one car right below the apartment. A sofa bed in living room accommodates one child. The apartment unit and parking below. There is a Whole Foods supermarket two blocks away and many gyms and yoga studios to try right next. We have a 98 (out 100) walk paradise score. My other fav grocery store nearby is Traders Joes. As often as you need. A 5-block walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, the apartment occupies a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of great dining and shopping just steps away. There’s a supermarket two blocks away, as well the cocktail bars that line 14th St NW. There are several Metro stations nearby, the most convenient is Dupont Cicle, red line, also there are shuttles and buses to different locations nearby. There are discounts for monthly rents.
