Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. All taxes are included in the price.

Modern apartments in old Austro-Hungarian building on a second floor without elevator in the very heart of city center. Our apartments are located just 200 meters from Gate of Hercules and 360 meters from Pula Amphitheater. The sea (Pula harbor) is just 500 meters from the apartments and the nearest beaches around 2.5 km. We always look that the apartment is clean, neat and perfectly functional so you can start enjoying it right away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The building of Mar Mar apartments is a protected heritage dating from the end of the 19th century. It was built during a time when Pula was the main port of Austro-Hungarian monarchy. The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
