Our house is a beautiful, modern, solar passive house set on a 5 acre property with amazing views to the north of the Margaret River Valley and Naturaliste National Park. The name means Beautiful View. It is an incredible house to stay in, our guests are in awe of the simplicity of the design, the house itself and the beautiful setting. Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Upstairs features the master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry and open living and deck. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and sitting room and 1 more bathroom. Immaculately clean, with a huge well equipped kitchen. Our place is suited to families but will also work well for small groups of friends.
