We will be very happy to be to host you in a studio with a warm atmosphere in the historic center of Preveza, ideal location for wandering around on foot at any time! An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Κυριαρχεί απόλυτη ηρεμία, η οποία ταράσσεται μόνο από τους παφλασμούς των κυμάτων. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

Enjoy an experience full of style, comfort and warmth at Magnolia House 1, which is centrally located and a short distance from the Historical Center of the city of Preveza (700m.). MagnoliaHouse is located 900m. from the beach of Kyani Aktis and 1.4 km from the settlement of Pantokrator. The house is located on the ground floor of a single-family house and has a small inner courtyard to enjoy the beautiful scents of our flowers.
