Optimal for people who love the outdoors. Well situated for adventures on the Sacramento River, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen and the Shasta Lake, Trinity River and Whiskeytown Lake recreational areas. When you are done exploring and adventuring you can come home, BBQ and enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is relatively quiet.

Spend time in a quiet and peace-filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are also a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy.
