Arts Precinct - One Bedroom Apartment

Located only 10 mins from Crown Casino, 5 mins to Flinders Street Station and in the heart of Melbourne's Arts Precinct, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Melbourne's CBD is only a short 1km walk. Our nice, quiet and fully contained, well furnished, private apartment with comfy bed and high speed internet will definitely be like a second home. We aim to make your stay as amazing as possible and strive for every guest to feel that they have had a value for money stay. Child and infant friendly! A comfortably furnished, clean, and very livable space will be very easy to relax in. We often have guests leave reviews on the cleanliness of the apartment which is something we strive to ensure. By completing the cleaning by ourselves, we ensure that the quality is the best it can be. With hotel quality linen, an abundance of indoor plants, high speed internet, Netflix, and all the necessary amenities such as rooftop pool, spa, and sauna so close to the heart of Melbourne, it will make your stay a home away from home. Perfectly situated to get the nice morning sun, this light filled and homely apartment will have you feeling comfortable from the moment you set foot inside. Our selection of house plants will put your busy schedule at the back of your mind. If you are staying with three people, please note that the there is one King Size Bed (which can be split into two Single XL Beds) and a fold out double bed. Please let us know the bedding configuration you require in advance. Choose from a king size or two singles, plus the addition of the fold out couch when 3 or more people are booked. The default will be a king size bed for 2 guests, or king size and fold out bed for 3 or more guests. The unit is a privately owned and operated apartment in a short stay complex operated mostly by Mantra. Although we don't have any affiliation with Mantra, it is a credit to the facilities that Mantra has continued operating here for many years. If you're requiring great internet, this apartment is part of a very well run private fiber optic network. It's fast and unlimited! Stream, download, work or play as much as you need. You can also enjoy Netflix as part of what we provide. Simply turn on the tv 55 inch in the living room and away you go. Enjoy a late checkout! We know that being rushed out of a hotel or apartment is never conducive to a peaceful stay so we offer a midday checkout for your convenience. We also try to remain as flexible as possible so if you have a later flight and the next guest doesn’t check in until late evening we can accommodate a 1pm-4pm checkout. Flexibility is the key to having our guests as satisfied as possible. We offer a portable cot for young children and infants. In addition there is a highchair, some toys, and plastic bowls, plates, cutlery, and cups. Our aim is to ensure you have a comfortable stay when traveling with a baby and provide the essentials so you don't have to bring large or heavy items with you. We are always welcoming of suggestions on how to improve for a comfy baby bnb. The building has a pool, spa, sauna, gym and guest balcony which are located on level 18 and can be accessed with your room keycard. Will happily help out when and where needed. If anything isn't up to standard, please let us know and we will work to make it right. Southbank and especially our location is the perfect mix of busy city lifestyle and relaxing apartment living. The many bars, restaurants, arts facilities and the Crown Casino complex make it easy to head out for a great night at the drop of a hat. Take a stroll along Southbank promenade to arrive at alfresco dining options overlooking the picturesque Yarra River. Royal Botanic Gardens are a stone's throw away from our front door. If you like to keep fit; take a lap or two around the famous Tan, or take a leisurely stroll through the stunning lush greenery. South Melbourne Market is about a 20min walk away, housing a mish-mash of exotic foods, fresh produce, restaurants and cafes. Be sure to be there on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon when it is bustling with trade. The iconic Flinders Street Railway Station is only an 5 minute walk where one can catch a train to explore more of Melbourne. It is also the place from which you can take advantage of the city's free tram services to get around the CBD. Public Transport is readily available. Only a 3 minute walk to many tram or bus stops and located 5 minute walk to Flinders Street Station. Perfect location for getting around. A quick online search for "Melbourne Free Tram Zone" will lead you to a map giving you an indication of where the free tram zone begins. The nearest tram stop to the apartment is one stop outside the free tram zone. Please note facilities on level 10 are not available for short stay guest due to Covid ** Level 10 can now be accessed for short stay guest if they accept terms and conditions imposed by the owners corporation. This includes doing an induction ( short course) on health and safety and correct use of equipment.Inductions are done on Wednesday and Saturdays. Need to be pre booked. $150.00
