Set on a small lifestyle block just 10 minutes drive from Waipu Cove beach and 6-7 minutes from iconic Waipu Village. Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
