The hostess has fully equipped this lovely home for long stays. Newly renovated home is 2 blocks from downtown Ruston. Master room w/ King bed, 2nd room with queen bed and 3rd room with 2 single beds. spacious living room, nice kitchen. Home is fully furnished and kitchen with all items needed to prepare a meal. Both bathrooms have regular bath/showers. Plenty of parking, home sits on 1.7 acres. 205 East Maryland, Ruston, La.back yard is fenced and can accommodate pets. No more than 8 guest

Charming pet friendly cottage! Centrally located!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. We keep our place reasonably priced to attract folks that understand the value of a cozy home versus a hotel in the area.
