Etagengrösse a je 16 m2.  Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, bitte vorab melden. Kein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zufahrt möglich (ohne Parkier Möglichkeit - nur Zwischenstopp zum Gepäck ausladen). Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
