The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels
