Smart TVs in bedroom and living room, free wifi. Conveniently located to many destinations, 7-10 min to downtown Saratoga, State Park, and SPAC, 30 min to Lake George and Sacandaga Lake.

Room 3 is located upstairs in the back of the house. There is a queen platform bed with an amazing mattress (every guest has complimented how wonderful they slept). The bed has six nice sized cedar drawers to store your belongings. There is a closet for hanging clothes and luggage rack. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan, tv and two comfy chairs to sit and relax. Your private bath has a large walk in shower and vanity to house all your toiletries. There is a blow dryer if needed.

Relax and unwind in our bright downstairs apartment, conveniently located bordering Saratoga Spa State Park. Explore all Saratoga has to offer- short walk (3 minutes) to Museum of Dance, SPAC, Lincoln baths, grocery store, multiple restaurants and farmers’ market on Sundays. Short walk to downtown Broadway and Track (15-20 min). 30 min drive to West Mountain ski and 1 hr to Gore Mountain. Path to state park across from house- snow shoe, cross country ski or hike to the natural springs!
