Your tranquil location is surprisingly accessible at only a 20 minute drive from the port and town center, 15 minutes from the airport and only a few minutes from some of the finest beaches on the island. Each morning you will wake up to the sounds of birds and open your eyes to the breath taking views of the sea and sky.

La maison offre 1 vue panoramique sur la mer et sur Paros. Elle a une grande terrasse, avec piscine de 32m² et un espace cuisine extérieure avec une table en dur pour 8 personnes et une grande plancha électrique. La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes dans 2 chambres avec lit double et 1 chambre avec lits superposés. L'accès se fait par une route en terre sur 900m et 2 pentes importantes: un 4x4 est idéal pour franchir la dernière montée. Dernière maison sur la colline Avlia: plus jolie vue!

Melatio Countryside

Melatio Countryside is a lovely, peaceful house right next to Naxos town, about 7 minutes driving. It is located inside a biger farm and offers amazing view. It is suitable for 1 up to 3 people. There is one bedroom, one kitchen-living room and one bathroom. There is also a large space outside and a table for you to relax! The location is very convenient since it's just a few minutes from the city centre but also in a private, quite area. Let us know if you need any help with booking a car!

Ένα κτήριο του 1906 πλήρως ανακαινισμένο τον Ιούλιο του 2022 και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που κάνουν τους επισκέπτες να νιώθουν πως βρίσκονται στο σπίτι τους. Η ανεμπόδιστη η θέα στην Πορτάρα, μνημείο σύμβολο του νησιού, με το ξακουστό, μαγευτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα, και όλο το Αιγαίο να απλώνεται μπροστά σου κάνουν την διαμονή στο Ma Μer μοναδικά αξέχαστη.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
