Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Η Magnolia είναι ένα άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στην πλατεία Γεωργίου στο κέντρο της Πάτρας! Με τη μοναδική θέα του θεάτρου Απόλλων (έργο του Ερνέστου Τσίλλερ). Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2020 με διακόσμηση σε μινιμαλιστικό ύφος. Ο γνωστός street artist Taish έβαλε την υπογραφή του στο graffiti που δεσπόζει στο χώρο. "ΑΤΘΙΣ" Cozy Cottage

Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.

Rio Center

Το Rio Center είναι ημιυπόγειο διαμέρισμα 36 τ.μ. Βρίσκεται στην κεντρική αγορά του Ρίου 300μ από το Νοσοκομειο και 200μ από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Αποτελείται από δύο χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα. Επίσης υπάρχει γρήγορο internet σε όλο το διαμέρισμα. Τους χειμερινούς μήνες λειτουργεί θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ ρυθμισμένη σε σταθερή θερμοκρασία για όλο το 24ωρο για άνετη διαμονή.
