This room is located on the left as you enter the house . Located in peaceful Sussex Inlet in an art filled house only minutes away from the main surf beach. Your host is a wonderful chef and a prepared breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served between 8:30 am - 10:00 am . Please let us know what time suits you for breakfast or if you don't require breakfast. Boat ramp is 350 m away and nature surrounds.

Also available and listed separately, a smaller, budget-style unit, (also pet-friendly) ideal for single or a couple, through travellers who don't need the additional space, and which can be booked independently or as an extension of the cottage, for larger groups.
