The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Si trova al piano terra della struttura "Finestra sul mare", dispone di un angolo cottura, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia walk - in , wi fi, televisore con ricevitore, cassaforte e un meraviglioso terrazzino dove la mattina viene servita la colazione ammirando il mare o la sera la cena. Il gazebo, totalmente chiudibile, permette di godere il panorama anche nelle giornate meno calde. Il parcheggio all'interno del b&b è gratuito.

A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e a 42 km la città di Erice. Inoltre, gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono equidistanti, a circa 35 km di distanza.

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.
