L'appartement se situe dans une position de choix, dans le calme et le silence, au cœur de Pescallo avec une vue directe sur la baie et le petit port. Les clients bénéficient d'un service de blanchisserie complet gratuit. L'appartement est au premier étage et a une superficie de 90 m2. Il y a une grande pelouse verte avec des parasols et des chaises longues.
