Please be aware that next door residential has finishing works that might occur some noise. Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment could accommodate up to 4 people. Direct access to the private beach. Situated on 4th floor, 2 bedroom with own terraces ocean front view: king bed and queen bed, 2 bathroom, safe box, free wi-fi and free parking place. Kitchen has small electro domestic and basic kitchen utilities. For your comfort: free beach towels, shampoo and body soap. Electricity is included.

Cuenta con Dos piscinas y acceso a la playa con área privada exclusiva para huéspedes y residentes. El condominio es cerrado y vigilado 24/7. Rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas y a solo 8 minutos del Downtown. Por reglas, al hacer efectiva su renta deberá enviarme su ID. El condominio no admite mascotas ni permiten visitas. Los servicios o experiencias deben realizarse fuera de la propiedad.

Luxurious two-story beach Penthouse, breathtaking ocean view with its own private pool Building Name: Chateau del Mar Nice white beach sand. It's less than 1 minute walking distance from the beach. Free Wi Fi chef service available ( additional ) electricity is included washer and dryer machine are at the building area It's 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes walking from the supermarkets and restaurants. There is not construction next to us anymore, it just finished in April 2023
