Located in Steinhatchee, Florida. Five blocks to the Steinhatchee River/Gulf. Fishing tournaments are every weekend from Febuary 1 through June 14. Scallop season Starts June 15th and ends Labor day weekend. Off season is discounted for those who would like to winter in Florida. Pet friendly. No large aggressive pets allowed. We observe quiet time from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Weekends require a two night minimum and holidays require a three night minimum. Come enjoy. Welcome to the cottage.

It easily sleeps up to 8 guests and allows 2 dogs with a paid pet fee. Large screen porch and back yard will be a perfect space for the kids or dogs to run and play. Fully furnished plus has high speed internet and propane grill to make your summer a little sweeter.

Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
