Magical Home in Santa Clarita/Newhall

NEWLY REMODELED! Our beautiful home close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a king in the third bedroom. There is a queen futon in the 2nd living room. Many guests comment that sitting on the patio furniture in the morning with their coffee looking at the green and lush mountains is their favorite thing about the house.

With lots of light, comfortable rooms, this place is perfect for anyone searching for a cozy ranging from individuals to families. Only one Medium size Dog (20 Lbs) is allow during your stay. Pets MUST be on a leash when outside the house and out for a walk. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms not the front living room. No cats as Owner are allergic to cats.
