The Yates Cottage

Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Enjoy a breath of fresh air in this chic 2 bed, 2 bath third floor condo overlooking Taylor Creek, Carrot Island, the occasional dolphin pod or wild horse sighting, and all that Beaufort has to offer! Enjoy the scent of Black Sheep’s wood fired pizza wafting up to the balcony, grab a ferry to Shackleford, take a walk down Front St or simply relax on one of two outdoor decks in the sun. The Lookout at Crow Hill, named after the quaint back-country road on which it sits, is your own little slice of paradise in the “Down East” area of the Carolina coast. Captain Brown's Farmhouse

Enjoy this unique and family/pet-friendly home (with a single $150 pet fee). Captain Claude Brown built this charming farmhouse in 1945 for his bride Belle. The Brown family is well-known in Marshallberg, NC. The road and an island are named after them! The farmhouse was lovingly renovated in 2023 and is ready for guests, both 2- and 4-legged. There is a water view from the front porch, the Marshallberg Harbor and boat ramp are a 1/2 mile away, and a doggy door leads to a fenced-in area!
