There are 2 cottages with the booking, a 2 bedroom cottage and a one bedroom cottage, adjoining but not interconnected.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with lovely rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Farmhouse style kitchen with Aga, utility room, and a spacious living room with traditional wood burner. Easy parking to side of cottage. Please note the original stairs are steep, but easy to use with the assistance of the hand rail.

Park Hill Pod Farm Stay Tiny House

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. Our designer Shepherds Hut is an idyllic shepherds retreat situated in a rural location close to all famous cotswold villages. A two nights stay over a weekend please if available. Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo within the hut for comfort and privacy. Very cosy.

A pretty and private little Cotswold stone bakehouse converted to a bedroom and shower room with beautiful Cotswold views set in rolling farmland on edge of historic hamlet of Hailes. We are right on the Cotswold Way and an ideal stop off after the first leg or walk the myriad of footpaths around us straight from the door. Within easy access of Cheltenham racecourse and the lovely villages of the Cotswolds, the many country pubs or a visit to the amazing Giffords Circus.

Fox Cottage - Paxford/ Blockley

Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF DIRECTIONS. 2 Nights minimum stay (except Bank holidays where a minimum of 3 nights is required, depends on the length of the bank holiday and/or at the owner's discretion.
