The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Private room , self contained.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

Barn Cottage on the edge of Milton Country Park

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

Closest neighbour is 50 meters away. Several pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
