Deux étages principaux composés de salles d'entrée, de salons, d'une grande cuisine, d'une bibliothèque et de plusieurs chambres à coucher avec salles de bain attenantes. Maison idéale pour une ou 2 familles. Un grand beau jardin bien entretenu avec des arbres fruitiers, des baies et des herbes. Plusieurs espaces de repos et de détente et un grand trampoline pour les enfants. Deux étages principaux de la maison plus le grenier et le sous-sol où se trouve la buanderie. Nous serons disponibles par téléphone et via l'application Airbnb. La villa est située à Stocksund, un beau quartier calme à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Stockholm. Il est entouré d'eau et de nature ; de petits lacs de baignade, de terrains de golf, de pistes de jogging et de bois. Le centre commercial de Scandinavie est proche La maison se trouve à 25 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport d'Arlanda de Stockholm. Vous pouvez facilement prendre un train ou le métro dans la ville, ils sont tous deux situés à moins de 10 minutes à pied de notre maison. Le métro vous emmènera dans le centre-ville en 15 minutes. De la maison, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la mer pour nager ou faire une excursion à vélo dans les environs. Il y a un système d'alarme dans la maison pour votre protection qui devra être utilisé pour entrer et sortir de la maison.
