This is a studio apartment in the first luxury apartment complex in El Paredón. It comes with kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. The complex is built for security and privacy and has Starlink with 4 routers. The second floor has a unique pool with swim up bar and BBQ area. The 4th floor offers a community sundeck for yoga, massage or private sunbathing. The 1st floor has a full AC gym, a billard room with a home theater and a parking area. El Nido "the nest" is our little beach house. Perfect for a couple. Cozy for up to 3. One lot back from the beach, this two-story bungalow is conveniently located between the village and hotels. Just a few steps from the black Pacific sands, our breezy beach reprieve is an ideal setting for relaxation, surf, yoga or diving into a book. Open-air everything allows ocean breezes and the palm covered second story provides privacy while still having that open air feel.

We have designed and handcrafted much of our home ourselves from the furniture to the furnishings and with everything you need for the perfect relaxing beach getaway. The house includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area, king sized bed, bathroom and air conditioning. Enjoy your own private gated tropical garden with hammock and lounging area.
