18th century barn on a horse stud farm on the Suffolk Coast. Converted to provide a spacious, luxury living space with exposed beams, large bedrooms & bath (no shower) and lazy leather sofas & wood burning fire. Bedroom 2 on request as: 3 x single beds or 1 Superking + 1 single Set in 100 acres of sheep & horse grazed water meadows. Locals include Barn Owls, Marsh Harriers & Kestrels. Great coastal and river walks, cycling, pub & restaurants within minutes drive/walk. Sorry No Pets allowed.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Situated in a quiet cul d sac, this delightful dog friendly bungalow is an ideal rural retreat - a 10 minute walk to the village shop, pubs and restaurants. Nearby footpaths take you to the woods or down to the harbour In the summer sit out in the lovely dog secure private garden. Look forward to a good nights sleep in the retro kingsize double bed. Fitted with a contemporary bathroom and kitchen and a log burner in the comfy living room with patio doors to the sunny west facing garden.

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. The Cabin is one of two rustic holiday cabins set within a wildlife garden - please see the photos.

A cosy, perfectly formed space in the centre of Orford, The Studio is ideally placed to enjoy this gorgeous Suffolk village. A short step to fabulous walks, Pump Street Bakery, 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, a tea room, Village Shop, Butcher & Pinneys Smokery, as well as a short drive to Snape, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge... you won't want for diversions, unless you just want to chill out on your own private patio. Ideal for a couple, a 3rd person can be squeezed in, and your dog is also welcome.

The Knox

A L shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. Suitable for 4 adults. We welcome tradesmen .There is off road parking on a large gravel drive to park large vehicles on safely. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed . Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is not enough access for a wheelchair,. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items.

The Hayloft is a two bedroom barn conversion in the lovely village of Orford Suffolk with beautiful views of the river and the countryside! It is part of a small development of barn buildings located in a quiet corner of the village but just a few minutes walk away from the river. We are a semi-detached property with close by neighbours The Castle, Pump St Bakery, Pubs, Butley Oysterage, are only a few minutes walk away. A great base to explore the Suffolk Coast 🤍
