The full kitchen has plenty of storage space, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

( there´s no hot water). The walking distances from the house to the ferry station is 20 minutes, and to the beach Chepas is 5 minutes. Located one minute walking distance off the main road trough a 4 feet wide road, in a secluded area without traffic, and the neighbours are mostly locals.
