The apartment is a part of the a family house with separate entrance. It's located in Fažana(Pula). It's surrounded by beautiful garden, where is a porch with barbecue facilities, sink, table and chairs. This is the place where our guests usually stay during the day. Free private parking is available on site. The beach is only 200 meters from the apartment. (4 km long, natural, small pebbles, family friendly).Shops, restaurants, town center, post office, bank, pharmacy all located nearby.

The "Studio Valkane" is a brand new studio apartment at only 150Mt from the sea and 350Mt from the wonderful Gortan Beach. Modernly furnished and fully equipped, it's situated on the ground floor of a private property. Suitable for couples/friends or solo travellers, has a TV 55" 4K + Netflix , air conditioning, kitchen fully equipped, free internet WiFi. The old city center of Pula is 5 minutes by car or bus (20/25 minutes walking), 5 minutes walking to the beach or "Max City" shopping mall.

Stan se nalazi u mirnoj ulici udaljen je oko 300 m od svih sadržaja (plaža, market, centar Fažane)- U blizini se nalazi predivna šetnica koja se pruža u dužini od 7km uz samo more i plaže na koje je pristup slobodan.

The area is very peaceful, yet everything you need is just a few minutes' drive away. For this apartment you can communicate with us in English, German, Spanish, Polish and Croatian.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
