Construído em 2018, o estúdio situa-se num bairro histórico, a 10 minutos a pé da Rua de Santa Catarina. Dispõe de um quarto, um sofá-cama, uma sala de estar, uma cozinha totalmente equipada e 2 WCs. Paredes originais em pedra, uma decoração cuidada com objetos e móveis restaurados pelos donos, a localização nas traseiras do prédio e o pátio soalheiro tornam este apartamento num local acolhedor, luminoso e silencioso. Metro a 100 metros, com ligação direta ao aeroporto (40 minutos de viagem).
