Litet hus med egen bastu i Skärgården

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Free seasonal bike rentals make it easy to reach nearby shops (11 min by bike) or the Gudö å with canoe rentals. A pleasant 20 min walk to the bus stop.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Endast 7 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Här bor ni nära naturen men ändå nära stadens puls. Lägenheten ligger på bottenplan i ett suterränghus med egen ingång, är fullt utrustad och har möjlighet till extra sovplats vid behov. exempelvis om ni reser med hela familjen. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet.

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats . Inför höstlovet v44 o v45 Här bor du på naturtomt i vår gäststuga med stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet får även en fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med hänsyn till aller- gier hos andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man i stugan ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV.

Fullt utrustat Minihus på landet

Modern charmig liten men effektivt öppet planerad bostad/stuga vid lugn grusväg 500 m från Söderby brygga i Västerhaninge - mitt emellan Stockholm och Nynäshamn. Grannhus finns inom synhåll, men läget är ändå avskilt. Två sovplatser på loft via stege och två sovplatser i bäddsoffa. TV, wifi samt parkering med tillgång till laddstolpe. Värme/kyla med luft-luftvärmepump.
