Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

Die Wohnküche dient als gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit Sofa und Sitzecke oder, bei Belegung mit bis zu vier Personen, als zweites Schlafzimmer mit hochwertiger Ausziehcouch (180 x 200 cm). Von hier gelangt man auch auf den südseitigen Balkon mit traumhaftem Seeblick.
