You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

Ferienw. Sunshine mit Whirlpool

Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Ihnen einen tollen Aufenthalt im schönen Istrien. Die Unterkunft ist gerade mal 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer entfernt und in das Stadtzentrum von Pula benötigen wir gerade mal 5-6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der große Außenbereich bietet Ihnen viel Spaß mit Möglichkeiten zum spielen und einen Whirpool für schöne Sommerabende. Im Innenraum haben wir zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer.

Studio se nalazi u staroj jezgri Pule u povijesnoj zgradi koja datira iz 15-og stoljeća. Zgradu krase reljefne grupe Tres Virtutes unutar četverolisnih medaljona koje pokazuju osobine venecijansko gotičke skulpture, djelo kipara Dominika . Na svega nekoliko metara nalaze se: Forum, Slavoluk Sergijevaca, Augustov hram, Agripinina kuća... Arena je udaljena 650m...Najbliža plaža-Valkane, udaljena je svega 1,9km . Zračna luka udaljena je 8km,a autobusni kolodvor 3km.

More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.
