The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

This small studio is perfect for visitors who want a cheap, warm place to stay and use it as a base to explore the nature around Konitsa.
