A stone-built house near the center of Milies, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and all the amenities a family could need on vacations. It features a parking lot for 2+ cars, a spacious veranda which is shaded by a big walnut tree and offers a great view towards the Pagasitikos gulf. The house is inside a fully fenced 1600m2 plot of land with trees and herbs. It is 15 meters above the main road and a quick 5 minutes walk from the village square.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται 16 χιλιόμετρα από τον Βόλο και αποτελεί καλή βάση για εξόρμηση στο Πήλιο.
