Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Stay in a 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the beautiful Cass Bay, 25 mins from Christchurch CBD and 5 minutes from Lyttelton village. Little Melrose cottage is the gatekeepers cottage to the Melrose homestead (circa 1907) The location is perfect for a leisurly walk to the town centre (20 mins) and the Museum, art Gallery and information centre (also 20 mins) there are many bars and cafes and supermarket within 10 minutes walking. Although small and compact, the cottage is equipped with oven, microwave, stovetop and washing machine. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers or those travelling for buisness.

Landhuis Homestead

Landhuis Homestead is nestled up a kilometre long private drive and set on 20 acres of beautiful farm and homestead. Enjoy your own private garden and lawn that leads down to the private pond. The property is bordered by a serene running stream to explore. It has country charm with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. This newly renovated private sleep-out is situated in our beautiful backyard at our home in Bryndwr. We are less than 10 minutes to both the CBD and Christchurch airport. We enjoy meeting new people from different places and so does our golden lab Chloe. We are also pet friendly. Please contact me before confirming your booking with your pooch. Unfortunately we have had a couple of bad experiences. There is a $15.00 charge if you are travelling with your dog.
