We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

The room is approximately 14.5' x 10' with 7' ceiling(4.4×3×2.1m). The bath is a 5.5' x 5.5' with 6.5' ceiling (1.7×1.7×2m).
