This is a converted 160 sq ft red barn shed with a covered front porch overlooking the beautiful grounds of St. Charles College. There is a Murphy Queen-sized bed, shower, antique sink, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Walls, bed frame and trim are crafted from palette wood, creating a crafted rustic look. We are within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. It’s tucked in a historic, beautiful peaceful place where you can rest your mind and refresh your soul.

The camp features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cozy downstairs space features a living room, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom & one bedroom. This spacious home has two baths, handicap access but not wheelchair. Large, fenced yard with shade trees, and ample free parking. Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses and seasonal festivals. Kid friendly home. Brenda and Kay are your hosts. There is a 2-night minimum stay required.

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.
