Visiting family, working in Beds, Bucks, Northants, taking a trip to Santa Pod Raceway or Silverstone, shopping at Rushden Lakes or visiting Gulliver's World in Milton Keynes, the Arches is a stylish, comfortable place to stay. Light & airy in the original stone and oak, with high ceilings and comfortable leather suite, it opens on to a beautiful courtyard garden & backs on to private woods. We have fast wi-fi and full Sky Sports package plus Netflix. Also, dogs adored, with great local walks.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. Lovely, four bedroomed thatched cottage, surrounded by beautiful countryside, pretty villages and endless walks. Close to Bedford, Milton Keynes and Woburn. Great transport links to London. Cottage is spacious and full of unique period features. Kitted out with all the facilities you’d expect, including strong Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful gardens for Al fresco dining or peaceful reflection. Comfortable beds, all equipped with electric blankets.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A modern annex, situated in a quiet residential location with a separate entrance. Parking on the drive for one car, free parking on the road. Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.
