A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

THE BRICKMAKER'S RETREAT- Large & Cosy Safari Tent

Our large safari tent is more like a lodge as it has a raised wooden floor, large windows and a woodburning stove inside. The retreat is close to 3 beaches and walking distance from Holkham Hall. It is on a Wild Campsite so you'll get close to nature and experience a forgotten Norfolk Brickyard. You’ll love the seclusion, the peace and quiet and the rest of the campsite. The Brickmaker's Retreat is a beautiful place for couples, small families with 2 kids or great for a group of 4 friends.

Driftwood is a well-located, luxurious and modern first floor apartment in Wells with saltmarsh views. It is in easy walking distance of the quay and high street with all its attractions, shops and amenities. Ideal for young families, friends or couples wanting to enjoy the beach and quay at Wells as well as exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline. The apartment is a sanctuary to rest tired legs at the end of a busy day. There is one allocated parking space in a covered car park.

Skylark Cottage , Fabulous - Close to sea

Traditional cottage with sea views, old beams, wood burning stove. Ideal for 2 -4 guests, but can sleep up to 6 people . Please note, sofas and table accommodate 4. Quirky and comfortable. Tranquil sunny enclosed garden. Usually Friday or Monday arrival days. CLOSE TO SEA. Shared parking area for the row of 5 cottages. The accommodation is over three floors. Bedroom 1 (double bed). Bedroom 2 (bunk bed room). Bedroom 3 (double bed) in upstairs area, with privacy curtain.

The Den, Beach Hut 82, Wells-next-the-Sea

The most glamorous hut on the beach! Staying in Wells? We've had magical times at our beach hut and love helping you to as well. We provide deck chairs, wind breaks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. We share with guests all our toys and games, including buckets & spades, cricket, rounders, boules and more. Our favourite time is as the beach empties and the sun sets on another perfect day. No overnight stays. Dog friendly. Please leave the hut clean and tidy for the next guests.

Beach Hut 65 is the perfect space to relax, unwind and explore the beautiful beach of Wells-Next-The-Sea. You will find yourself surrounded by colourful beach huts, golden sand and shady pinewoods, with stunning sea views from your elevated view. The hut is very comfortable and well equipped, guaranteed to make your visit truly relaxing and stress free! Please note - No over night stays, day use only. To minimise the risk of fire, BBQ's and fires are prohibited on the beach and dunes.

Skylark Cottage - a moment’s walk from Wells Quay

Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.
