Quaint historic neighborhood, family and pet friendly. We do charge $20 fee for pet guests. We are located 1.5 blocks to Quinnipiac River canoe launch, walk to park/ dog walking areas. The original house was built around 1840 and gives off an urban farm/green space vibe. New floors in bedroom/dining area and bathroom provide modern luxury. Windows on the east, south and west walls let in plenty of light. Minutes to I-95, I-91, and Union Station. We charge $20 pet fee!

Just a five minute walk to the beach where you can relax all day or you can walk the 1.5 mile boardwalk all the way down to the Sandy Point Beach & Bird Sanctuary. You can enjoy your evenings by dining in or take out at the local restaurants in the area.

You can easily walk down the quiet sidewalk to Whitney Avenue where you'll find restaurants, bars, and public transportation.
