This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Whangamata Beach Bach – 4BR, Walk to Beach & Town

Relax at this freshly renovated and spacious 4-bedroom beach house on Hetherington Road. It’s an easy 5-minute stroll to the beach and wharf, and only a few minutes to cafés, bars and shops in town. The house sleeps eight comfortably. It has everything you need, including AC, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a fenced backyard with outdoor kitchen and dining. The big front lawn is great for kids and handy for parking cars or the boat. A classic, modern Whangamata stay for families and groups.

This cosy 3 bedroom bach is positioned right on the beach front. It offers guests expansive views of the white sands of Whiritoa, and the beautiful Pacific ocean at your doorstep. Heatpumps in the master bedroom and the lounge allow for a comfortable stay summer or winter. Relax inside or out on the expansive deck. Whiritoa has a lagoon at one end which is perfect for children to safely paddle in and a great, quiet beachside experience. Property has internet connectivity and Sky TV.
