Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

1km from the beach/restaurants/ pharmacy/supermarket in Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high). Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Bed configuration: 1 double bed 1 king single bed
