Minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, wineries, zip-lining and a quaint coffee shop. The vibrant town of Floyd, an Appalachian music mecca, is a scenic 20 minute drive away. Every 10 nights of rentals will provide 1 free night for a family who has adopted or is fostering. 3 bedrooms and a loft with a sofa sleeper allows for 8 guests (10 w/air mattress). 1 dog allowed. Watch the sunset from the hot tub or chairs around the fire pit. Wake up and sip coffee from your private deck at each bedroom. Newly finished garage studio w/ private entrance. Studio has a full size bathroom, studio kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave and a 2 burner stove. For your sleeping comfort I have a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. Also, a Mitsubishi heat/AC unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. For an addition fee I offer a workout area complete with dry sauna that heats up to 180. I am a licensed massage therapist and when available I can offer massage by appointment in studio.

The Porch at Fairystone is your home away from home. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation home boasts a large open concept with the living area, kitchen and dining area all in one large room. Through a beautiful barn door you’ll find your bedroom and in-unit laundry closet with washer and dryer. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor dining space with chairs for 3 and a grill to cook your favorite meals. Just minutes away from Fairystone State Park, Goose Point, and Philpott Marina, Dam and Lake.

Tiny House @ TinyHouseFamily

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Spend the evening enjoying a campfire or relax on the porch swing.

Laurel Branch Cottage

The Laurel Branch Cottage is charming and ideally located near the Town of Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cottage is surrounded by scenic family farms and near the West Fork of the Little River. Also, we are approximately 35 miles (45 min.) from Virginia Tech. The cottage includes a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with spacious closet and queen bed, and an upstairs bedroom (outside stair access only) with another full bed.
