Here it's all about relaxing an enjoy what Yanchep and the surroundings area has to offer. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Dine out.

Seabird - lge 2 bdrm aircond parkhome with Foxtel

Ideal for families our 2 Bedroom aircon parkhome is located in a caravan park on the beach only 1 hr North of Perth. Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park. Guests need to bring towels, pillows, sheets & blankets as these are not available. Guests are expected clean the place on departure.

Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.
