When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Step out of the house and onto to a beautiful deck. From the deck to the water is just 30 feet of sandy beach! Located right on Pine River Pond, this 5-mile, 570 acre lake has crystal clear water. The gently sloping property makes it ideal for multi-generational families. Swim in the summer, ice fish in the winter or just get away from it all in the fabulous peace and quiet of New Hampshire. Best fall foliage in New Hampshire can be found right on Pine River Pond and the adjacent roadways.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Beautiful, quiet and secluded lakeside cottage. Enjoy amazing sunsets on our pristine lake. Swim, kayak, fish or just relax and take in the natural beauty. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. A cozy four-season treehouse, centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Region, situated 12 feet in the trees equipped with a kitchenette, small bathroom, WIFI and cozy places to sit to read a book or lounge about. Crafted with a mix of new and reclaimed materials, offering a lot of natural light. Everywhere you look you can get a peak of the skies and foliage. A few minute walk to the private community beach or snowmobile trails for hiking, or all your winter activities.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
