Enjoy your slice of Cape Cod at our centrally located Mid-Cape cottage minutes from beaches, restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream shops, ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and more. Recently renovated, the cottage features a brand-new bathroom, new laundry units, and all-new furniture. Sleep comfortably on two queen beds with fresh bedding provided. For beach days, we offer two beach chairs and four towels. BBQ grill and patio furniture out back for a night grilling with family and friends

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Craigville Beach is a quick ride away, as well as many other beaches (landlord beach pass included). Close to restaurants, grocery shopping, entertainment, Hyannis Yacht Club, ferries to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. Biking and walking trails are close by. The house is spacious and bright. The three bedrooms sleep 8 total. This can be your family and friends getaway destination for a relaxing and fun time!

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a private, peaceful setting with proximity to beaches, shopping and amazing restaurants! There is a private launch for kayaking (kayaks available). Use of kayaks are at your own risk. You assume all liability for their use. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or enjoy the fire table on the patio.

Our lake beach is serene, and perfect for families. Use of our kayaks stored right at the shore is included. We have bikes and helmets for your riding pleasure. We live close by so anything you need can be there in minutes. Central to downtown Hyannis Main Street and shopping. Our happy place!

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.
