SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Surrounded by nature, you'll wake up to birds singing and watch the sunset in the company of bunnies, red tail hawks, and the occasional deer. Beautiful hikes are right outside the door here in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Just 15 minutes from SFO or downtown San Francisco, you are close to everything, but far from the hustle and bustle. You can even walk to the beach if you like!

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.
