The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
