Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! Perfect for artists, those looking to reflect or re-connect, or short getaways. Up to 2 dogs allowed, woof! ($50 fee)

Get a slice of peaceful lakefront living in this welcoming Aframe home with spectacular views! Awake each morning to the sun rising over the lake, then fill the day playing on your own private sandy beach, kayaking, fishing, or birdwatching. Take a short walk to the deeper lake for a refreshing swim or go for hike at Bay Tree Lake State Park which is right around the corner. Whip up a fabulous meal in the large open kitchen and end the evening with s’mores by the fire and unbelievable stars!

River Watch Retreat

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Oceanfront Duplex~ linens included!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Original beachfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers on the covered porch. Cozy studio has been renovated with thoughtful upgrades. Kitchen is fully stocked including coffee maker, spices, condiments, and premium cookware. No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.

Parking is included for 1 vehicle, and is a short walk away, so park your car, and forget about it. Everything is within walking Distance!
