The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. By The Sea: Waterfront! Million Dollar View!

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek.
